I've always loved the quiet conversations that happen without words. Those brief moments when two people stop, notice the same small wonder, and simply share it.
 
This painting is, in many ways, a return to two familiar friends. While it stands on its own, it also quietly revisits a relationship that first appeared in Budding Friendship years ago. Time has passed. They've grown. But their sense of wonder remains unchanged.
 
Sometimes that's enough.
